As a Member Services professional, you will combine your own unique abilities and experiences with our top-rated technology systems to answer questions, troubleshoot problems and help members with a wide variety of needs. What it takes to join the RBFCU family High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Good customer service instincts (experience is a plus) Keyboard skills (on a real keyboard, but your texting skills can be a plus too) Proficient in typing and utilizing basic computer technology systems Spanish speakers are compensated for their fluency Good interactive skills (this means you enjoy helping our members) Ability to build strong relationships with your fellow coworkers Ability to work flexible schedule Monday through Saturday Must be eligible for bondability Please apply if you are an expert (or have the potential to be an expert) in the following areas Problem solving Empathizing (being sympathetic) Excellent oral communication skills, Spanish fluency a plus Using good logic and like to think outside the box (or color outside the lines) Additional Requirements: • Specialist 1: Up to 1 year financial institution and/or customer service and/or call center experience • Specialist 2: 1-3 year’s financial institution and/or a combination of 1-3 years customer service and/or call center experience • Specialist 3: 1-3 year’s financial institution and/or a combination of 4-5 years customer service and/or call center experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status.
