Already one of Oregon’s largest Credit Unions, Northwest Community set their sites on aggressive growth in 2012. This plan led to a number of internal changes and external expansion that required an evaluation and alignment of the 65 year old brand.

Drawn worked with Northwest Community from 2012-13, serving as the Creative Direction Agency for the Credit Union and becoming an integral part of strategy and direction for the Northwest brand. Our work included all external marketing campaigns, forward-looking brand-building efforts, and internal culture-building programs. Drawn was involved with multiple internal teams at Northwest, from the CEO, to Marketing, to Human Resources.
Our work with Northwest Community had two purposes. First was to better align external marketing with the Credit Union’s Brand Personality in the short term. Second was to work towards internal alignment of the Northwest brand. We created a three-year plan that would slowly bring into alignment both the external and internal brand messages to best position Northwest Community for their planned growth in the years to come.
